Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! All orders are shipped from Germany. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing time is 1–5 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- Worldwide: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

My order is stuck in customs - what can I do?
